Cool Day

It's a "cool" day in more ways than one. Cool, because it feels freezing outside. My bedroom window was open all night, and the temperature dropped. So I'm feeling rather "fresh" today. It was definitely cold walking the furry boy this morning!

It's a cool day also because it's a holiday and I have the day off! Yipee!! And I've been think a lot about art, how I do it, why, what holds me back, why I put it off, etc. I also had the opportunity to listen to an interview with Suzi Blu, which was interesting, informative and fun. She made an interesting comment about procrastination, which I totally agree with. The idea that procrastination is really fear of some sort that we need to deal with. If we sort out what the fear is and deal with it, we free ourselves to do what we really want.

My 3 most fun things to do, no 4:
1) Art, 2) play with my dog, 3) sleep, and 4) read!

Today, sleeping and playing with Button seem to be the order of the day. I'm having one of those days where I can sleep on and off all day. Maybe I was a cat once...

Too late to write tonight

It's late (what an excuse!), indeed, it's almost midnight, and not that I'll turn into a pumpkin or anything fairytale-ish, but I'll feel like one at work tomorrow morning if I don't get to sleep asap. So, I'll write tomorrow for sure. Really, I will! Really.
